WHO WE ARE
African Havens Namibia aims to empower and uplift disadvantaged and needy communities and individuals and to improve their standard of living by addressing spiritual, social and physical needs by supporting and strengthening communities through education programs, skills training, ministries of compassion and discipleship through various community development projects.
OUR OBJECTIVES
INCOME GENERATION
To empower vulnerable people through income generating programs with the aim to promote self-sustainability.
RELIEF PROGRAMS
To improve the living conditions of vulnerable people through the establishment of
feeding and clothing schemes.
EDUCATION
To provide quality education to children
of communities and especially Orphans and Vulnerable Children and to equip locals
​ to become qualified teachers.
SHELTER FOR THE HOMELESS
To provide temporary shelter and daily food for street children and homeless people.
MEDICAL CARE
To establish permanent or mobile clinics
​by professional doctors in areas where
such facilities are nonexistent
FAMILY CARE
To promote healthy families in the communities through parenting training, abuse management, and spiritual support.
ORPHANAGE
To provide a caring home for Orphans
​and Vulnerable Children.
